Multifunction Digital Differential Pressure Gauge

This product is a multifunctional digital differential pressure gauge which seals a highly-sensitivie silicon capacitance sensor for detecting micro differential pressure and mounts a sensor moudule whose wetted surface consists of a stainless diaphragm .
Therefore,its super-sensitivity enables this pressure gauge to measure micro differential pressure ,and it also accommodates a variety of media from gases to liquids.
 
 

FEATURES
The mounted silicon capacitance sensor consists of a micro diaphragm and electrodes formed by micro machining .
The diaphragm is protected from excessive pressure by means of upper and lower glass plates and sealed in liquid by means of diaphragm SUS316L,realizing a highly reliable structure even with micro pressure.
