This product is a fluoropolymers diaphram seal type pressure transmitter. As the Oring-free structure minimizes the generation of contaminant and the elution of metal, it is suitable for pressure monitoring in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.

Display element integrated type equipped with 4 digit indicator,semiconductor contact output and analog output.
