The PD36 dead-weight testers are used as the standard
pressure gauge for inspection and calibration of other
pressure gauges. They can be used as an on-site pressure
standard over a wide high pressure range (400 to 700MPa).

FEATURES

+Extremely convenient electrically driven dead-weight testers which let you easily measure high pressures by performing dead-weight loading/unloading, ram rotation and preliminary pressurization by switch.
The PD36 pressurization operation is also electrically driven.
+Taking dust proofing and safety into account, the dead-
weight section is housed in a panel.
+The amount of dead-weight is displayed on a panel and can be easily monitored and manipulated.
+Re-entrant type pressure sensing ram cylinder assembly allows stable pressure measurement even under high pressure.
+The ram position is detected contactlessly and is displayed by a lamp on a panel so operation unaffected by the pressure value is easy.
+With the PD36, fine adjustment of the pressure can be easily performed even under very high pressure by means of a fine adjustment valve.
